These arrangements are for rental only and may not be duplicated in anyway except to create extra parts for performance on the specific rental project and those duplication must be returned with rental parts. Purchaser is responsible for shipping of rental music.

The synthesizer realizations on the demo Rental Sampler are for you to get an idea of how these arrangements sound and the variety of material available. In addition to Pops classics, you will find a whole new selection of contemporary music, which is not generally available but very germane to your Pops audience.

Clearly, the only way to make these synthesizer samples come to life is with your live orchestra.

When you rent from Colonial Road Music, each arrangement you  rent will come with a link to a complete audio file of the arrangement.  Your conductor and orchestra members will be able to utilize these  samples for style and artistic interpretations. This is especially  important for rhythm section and lead trumpet decisions. We have had  many requests from rhythm section players once they receive their  practice parts and we are happy to save rehearsal time for you.

The rental costs contained herein are a per service cost. They are negotiable for multiple performances and/or multiple rentals.

Victor Vanacore also accepts commissions to write to your needs. Contact Us to see how that works.

Maestro Vanacore is also active as a Symphony Pops Conductor and Pianist and is available for a performance with your orchestra.

To order an arrangement:

Please email us at info@colonialroadmusic.com and enter your requested title(s) in the subject area. We will forward you a Library Order Form for you to fill out and return.

Please Note: Invoices will be emailed to  you. Please pay all invoices preferably by credit card to Colonial Road  Music within 10 days of receiving your invoice. A 3.75 % fee will be added.  Prepayment by Credit Card required on all rush orders and also for  customers who are not clients of CRMP or who have  not ordered within 6 months. Orders will be shipped only after  payment is made. We will also accept payment via Zelle to  info@colonialroadmusic.com. There is no charge when using Zelle. All  music will be shipped to arrive at least 4-6 weeks before your first  performance. Orders placed within 3 weeks of your concert will be billed a rush fee of $100 per item. Each custom arrangement is subject to approval by the registered publisher who may require a separate license fee.
 

Please be advised that for any payment due 30 days past your last  performance of that rental order, a 25% late fee will be assessed; For  60 days (35%) and for 90 days (50%). Thank You in advance for your  cooperation.

Cancellations / Postponements: Should you  experience a concert cancellation or postponement you will be required  to pay a restocking fee of 5% of the invoice total.

For those of you who do not have a shipping account with  either Fed Ex or UPS, CRM is now using Master Card and Visa. Upon  ordering your rentals, we will ship the music to you round-trip (with a return label for your convenience) and charge your  credit card with the information you provide us via telephone. You may,  should you desire, charge the shipping and the cost of the rental. There  will be a 3.75% administration/credit card fee for this service.
